Girls in Business Directory Subscription Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Girls in Business Directory Subscription Service (“Service”) provided by Gold Coast Girls in Girls in Business  (“GIB Directory,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to the Service on www.gibdirectory.com.au, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to the Service.

1. Subscription Agreement

By subscribing to the Girls in Business Directory on www.gibdirectory.com.au, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee as specified on the website and in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

2. Subscription Fee and Payment

2.1. The subscription fee for the Girls in Business Directory is payable monthly in advance through the Stripe payment gateway.

2.2. You authorize GIB Directory to charge the provided payment method on a monthly basis for the subscription fee.

2.3. Payment is due on the date of each month corresponding to the commencement of your subscription.

2.4. In the event of a failed payment, GIB Directory reserves the right to automatically remove your directory listing until the outstanding payment is successfully processed.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing one month’s notice via the contact email at members@goldcoastgirlsinbusiness.com.au.

3.2. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

3.3. No refunds or prorated amounts will be provided for partial months.

4. Directory Listing

4.1. GIB Directory reserves the right to review and approve all directory listings.

4.2. Your listing may be removed or edited at the discretion of GIB Directory if it violates any terms outlined herein or if it is deemed inappropriate or irrelevant.

5. Communication

5.1. GIB Directory will communicate with subscribers primarily through the email address provided during the subscription process.

5.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information, including email address, is accurate and up to date.

6. Changes to Terms

GIB Directory reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of such changes via email. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Girls in Business Directory Service are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
